in mainstream schools for over 15 years and in special schools for the last 4
years and I found myself drawn to children with Autism. I’ve had the good
fortune to teach these children and the more I immersed myself in their world,
the more fascinated I became.
I am passionate about making a difference to
the world of Autism. It is when I have taken myself to their space, that my life
has been transformed. These children vibrate differently and the key to connecting
with them is tuning into their frequency and finding the right cadence to vibrate

Kate Griffiths, founder of Whole Self Leadership, offers executive coaching, personal coaching, mentoring and workshops. She has over 15 years experience working at a senior level in the Public, Private and Voluntary Sector.
Kate has always worked with organisations to facilitate change and setting up her own company has allowed her to focus on what she does best, which is to bring about change through building up relationships primarily on a one-to-one basis. Kate has been described as enjoying a challenge which can be seen by some of her past achievements – for example setting up the first women's network in a blue chip company. Now that company actually subscribes to positive action by targeting women for senior positions.
Her focus this year has been to follow the principles of co-activity which is paying dividends as ultimately no one person can do it all; and to develop her niche. Currently she is very curious about leadership and how women can become leaders in their own lives which blends well with her stake in whole self leadership, the name of her company. Also it plays into her own experiences in life as a Mum to two gorgeous girls who are still toddlers.
The Global Coaching Conference is definitely all about fruitful collaborations and creating out of nothing. Kate is delighted to be a part of it. When he tragically passed away at age five, she learned more about the strength of her inner reserves. Title: Stop Playing Small: How to Differentiate Yourself as a Coach
This session is in workshop format. It begins with a guided meditation for about 15 minutes. A debrief of the meditation, and a lively discussion of empowerment and finding your unique gifts as a coach. This will be followed by exercises to clarify individual brand as coach. There will be a workheet attachment which will accompany the exercises used in the session.
